Antique Horse Drawn Cultivator Plow - Barn Fresh All Original Condition
All original condition. In dry storage for decades. Width adjustment works although it could use a little oil. Weathering and rust as pictured. No splits, no damage and no repairs to the wooden handles evident. Some vintage powder post beetle holes in the handles. The handles and the frame are a little loose so the bolts need to be tightened up if you were to put this back to use. Please see the 12 pictures for additional details on the condition.
No makers marks evident but there are some casting letters and numbers on some of the cast iron parts.
Plow history:
This plow has been in dry storage in our family's barn since 1959 when our family bought the farm. Who knows how much longer is was stored by the previous owner of the farm. This Hudson MA farm was built in 1915 and grew pumpkins and squash until the 40's or 50's.
