Large Chippy Green Painted Vintage French Zinc Garden Watering Can, No Leaks

Found in the countryside of northern France, a charming large vintage round  shaped French galvanized zinc watering can with long spout and original round zinc sprinkler head. Band around the lower edge keeps the bottom off the ground and free of rust. No leaks. Found at the brocante painted green, which has acquired chips over the many years of use; no dents. Circa 1930s. We have left as found except to spray with a clear matte so the paint no longer chips off. Solid; holds 10 L of water (2.5 gallons). Two handles provides ease in tipping to water your garden plants and flowers. Top handle is rivited to the sides.
Measures 16 inches tall overall. Can for water with dome design measures 12 inches tall/deep. Diameter of can is 8.75 inches. Spout including sprinkler head (rose) measures 16 inches long.
